For this week’s story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have @c0kahina & @stoopkaz ✨ "Kaz and I met for the first time at Deiner Park in the fall of 2015, first of the First Barbecue. She approached me and said, "hi, I'm Kaz!" with a coy smile. We had already been familiar with each other's social media and realized we had some mutual 😉 friends. Since that moment, we couldn't avoid each other on campus. We did Stroll Like an Alpha together and led multiple events together as E-Board members of the Black Student Union and West Indian Student Organization. Still, it wasn't until we crossed the Gamma Kappa chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. together that I realized she was more than someone I had to learn to work with - she was a sister that I could not live without. We fell in love with each other's exquisite music taste when we came up with strolls together in the Academic Building.
