For this week’s story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have Brianna Kondratiuk & Logan Adams ✨ “While we did not meet at Rutgers, it has still played a part in our story. Logan and I met one summer in high school. He was a grade above me and I was relieved when he chose a college close to home, Rutgers New Brunswick. We had many dates on campus when I visited him at school, one of which pictured in his freshman dorm. That night, we spent our second Valentine’s Day at a restaurant that his mom worked at when she went to Rutgers, Old Man Rafferty’s. He introduced me to Rutgers in a way where I potentially would not have ended up there had he not shown me all that it had to offer. The culture, the impressive faculty, and the diverse food choices on College Ave had me keep Rutgers in the back of my mind. I ended up transferring to Rutgers as a junior and was so happy I did. We got to spend time on campus together in between classes and make memories at the same school, up until the pandemic hit. The ...
