Happy #InternationalWomensDay! 😊 It’s a privilege to be associated with all of the impressive women who work in and around our tournament, including tournament host michellewiewest. Michelle has been a trailblazer from a young age, as she became just the fifth woman to compete on the pgatour when she played in the Sony Open as a 14-year-old in 2004. She has also made a positive impact off the golf course, as she was the creator of the lpga_tour Hoodie for Golf project (raising money for Renee Powell’s Clearview Legacy Foundation) and worked with the nike Athlete Think Tank to help break down barriers across women’s sports. We are honored to be working with Michelle to make our tournament the best it can be.
