For this week's story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have Steph & Adam ✨ “During the Summer of 2012, the then-President of RUPA (Adam) and an Orientation Leader (Steph) met for the first time through a mutual friend. A few months later in early 2013, Adam asked Steph out on a date exploring New Brunswick, and the rest was history. Since then, we've graduated from Rutgers (SAS'13 and '14), attended graduate school together in South Carolina, found our home in Delaware, and eventually got married in October 2020. Rutgers is the foundation of our shared life (as is obvious by our engagement and wedding photos.) Our experiences shaped our identities, inspired us to pursue careers in higher education, and gave us an incredible support system of friends. We are so endlessly proud to be RU alums, and no matter how different campus looks year-after-year, it's still a second home.
