For this week's story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have Danielle and Michael ✨ "My husband Michael and I met at Rutgers at the Student Center on College Ave in October 2010. We started dating shortly after in February 2011. Then Michael graduated in 2012 from SAS and I graduated in 2013 from SMLR, and to this day we still keep Rutgers close to heart. After 8 years of dating, Michael proposed to me right where we met on College Ave with a ring box that said "RU going to be my forever roommate?" (inside joke since we dated for so long I used to tell him I was just his roommate lol). We finally got married this year - May 14, 2021 and of course incorporated Rutgers into our wedding with foam fingers for our wedding entrance and using that same ring box for our wedding rings!
