For this week's story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have Chris & Melissa ✨ "Rutgers brought us together in 2005, when we were freshman living in Brett Hall as part of the Rutgers College Honors Program. We fondly remember rushing the field at the Rutgers v. Louisville game in 2006, walking around Passion Puddle 3 times (in order to seal our fate), and marching through the gates on Old Queens for our undergraduate graduation in 2009. Our New Brunswick story continued on the Newark campus (Rutgers Law '12 for Chris and New Jersey Medical School '13 for Melissa). We returned to Kirkpatrick Chapel in 2013 as we could not think of a more fitting place to be married. Chris continues to work at Rutgers in the Office of Research, and Melissa works as a pediatrician at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
