For this week's story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have Soham & Monica ✨ "We first met at Rutgers in a crowd of 1000+ students (typical for RU) at an south asian event called Rutgers Garba, held at the livi gym. We realized we had a lot in common, including each being on one of RU’s numerous south asian dance teams (also typical)—RU SAPA for Monica, and RU Bhangra for Soham. From shooting the breeze during practice breaks (much to our captains’ chagrin) to doing some of RU’s most notable events together, like Dance Marathon and Big Chill, we can’t imagine our college life without each other. Almost 7 years later, we’re engaged but still waiting on the lottery for our free football tickets…" #RutgersPride | #RURahRah ⚔️
