For this week's story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have Pam & Nainika ✨ "Pam and I first met in the Institute of Women’s Leadership Certificate Program. We sat at the complete opposite sides of the large table but as soon as we both introduced ourselves as Political Science majors, we looked at each other and knew we’d be best friends. Pam makes me a better person! She always encourages me to try new things, and always encouraged me to apply for so many different programs at Rutgers, that’s why we’re pictured with so many different people! Pam led me to meet Chiara, Sahar, Talyah, and so many others on campus. Even after graduating in 2018, we still FaceTime almost everyday. She and I are super alike, we always joke we’re each other’s long lost sisters from Mexico and India but we’re just different enough that we always give each other a fresh perspective and an idea for a new adventure!
