I had just transferred to Rutgers and wanted to try something new, get involved, and make friends. My first Halloween at RU featured a party with the team, and we had an instant connection. He saw me from across the room, shook my hand to introduce himself, and that was it! We’ve found so many things in common since then, from hiking to traveling to our love of RU. Our most recent adventure to Acadia National Park in Maine has made us all the more excited to keep exploring the world together. Never before have I connected to someone so well and so quickly, and he has become my best friend, travel buddy, and life partner.
