For this week's story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have Rosanna & Jilly ✨ "Jilly & I met through Rutgers’ Marching Band our freshmen year! I play piccolo & she’s on drumline playing snare. Our mutual friend from my section introduced us after the first game of the season & the rest is history! I actually fell in love with her voice before even officially meeting her when I walked into the HC lounge & heard her sing along to the tune she was playing on the piano (follow her singsta to see what I mean!!). One of my favorite memories is going up to her farm in PA with her extended family & my roommate, Lucia! We fished, rode four-wheelers, caught frogs, & played mean games of Catan! It was an amazing weekend all together :) I don’t think my Rutgers experience would be the same if we didn’t meet. Since knowing Jilly I’ve become more outgoing, have made great friends at the HC, & took LOTS of Knight Busses back to my dorm since time flies when I’m with her :)" #RutgersPride #RURahRah ⚔️
