For this week's story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have Angelique, Caroline, Jennilyn, Michele & Nasreen ✨ "These are 4 of my best friends. The first I met was Jenn. It was at New Student Orientation & we hit it off as commuters. We went on to take classes together & joined the Off-Campus Students’ Association (OCSA). Through Jenn, I met Michele, and the next year, we pulled Angel & Caroline into our group. We all became active in OCSA and attended events and meetings. After those meetings, we’d head to Applebee’s for half price apps. Some of our best memories were made in that Applebee’s. Through our time at Rutgers, we took classes together, went to football games and Rutgersfest and other events, and had tons of off-campus fun, too. Over 16 years, there’s been boyfriends and break-ups, jobs and career changes, weddings and babies, vacations and girls days, and we’ve all been around through all of it.
