Meet Armeen Khan, a graduating senior at
@rutgersartsandsciences majoring in Social Work.
"I came into Rutgers in 2018 as a nervous first year student that held numerous identities that had previously been ostracized in the small town that I grew up in. Woman, Pakistani-American, Muslim, non-stem major, just to name a few. And it was difficult to overcome this at first; imposter syndrome was very real, and I was confused on how others so easily found comfort in their own skin as intersectional beings. And so began my journey to work on bringing my identities together to form a more cohesive me.
