Today's P.J. Boatwright Jr. intern spotlight is on Preston Gilmore. Preston is from Lubbock, Texas, and works in tournament communications and operations. Preston is a graduate of Texas Tech University and hopes to have a successful career in the communications or operations fields. “The most memorable part of the internship has been visiting so many incredible courses you normally wouldn’t get the chance to see,” Preston said. “I’ve also enjoyed hearing from various professionals and superintendents for their perspectives on how to run a golf course.”
