As summer comes to a close, we are highlighting each of our amazing P.J. Boatwright Jr. interns and today’s spotlight is on Liam Black. Liam is from Flower Mound, Texas, and works in our championship operations department. A recent graduate of Oklahoma State University, Liam aspires to finish earning “Class A” membership with the PGA and eventually become a tournament director for an amateur or professional golf organization. His favorite part of the summer was working one of the 2023 U.S. Open final qualifier events. “It was cool to see some of the best players in the world play for their spot in the U.S. Open at LACC,” Liam said.
