The TGA Foundation was honored to partner and show our support for @blackgolfdirectory's Empowerment Academy, held at the @hparkgc in Houston, Texas. This academy was spearheaded by Jamie Taylor, the founder of the Black Golf Directory, and was a collaborative effort with @journeythrough18, an organization established by our Houston Golf 101 instructor, @golfgirlie21. Kelly Kilgo, the TGA Foundation's Managing Director, and Destany Hall, Manager of Outreach, played active roles on the BGD leadership panel to discuss careers in golf and best practices for student-athletes. The TGA Foundation is proud to support an academy that embodies our commitment to being an active resource for diverse junior golfers in our community.
