Agee was the 1966 AL Rookie of the Year and a two-time All-Star with the Chicago White Sox and later became a World Series champion with the New York Mets.
Agee’s spectacular defense in the 1969 Fall Classic and his five seasons in New York helped earn him a spot in the Mets Hall of Fame.
