For this week's story of #HowWeMetAtRU, we have @kensquire1 & @hannahkhavaran ✨ "On September 3rd, 2016, (almost six years ago as I write this) we both attended a special orientation meeting for commuter students. I was on time. She was not. Having taken my seat and with the presentation underway, I was surprised by my now-girlfriend awkwardly scooting around my chair so as to avoid walking through the center of the room. She took the seat next to me and we exchanged a casual “hello.” After the presentation, we walked to the stadium together but became separated after she went into the turkey sandwich line (lunch was catered) and I went to the salami sandwich line. Luckily, immediately prior to parting ways (and being disappointed by her choice of sandwich) I got her phone number. A few days later we met at the football game. The rest is history.
