THE STANLEY CUP CAME TO BROOKLYN!!! I’m still processing the fact that this even happened. I just want to say thank you to @nhl @stanleycup and most importantly, thank you to Neil and the social team from @nhl. A lot of the time, black creators are left out and not included. I truly wanted to thank the NHL and Neil for this insane opportunity. It means the world. Thanks to @vaselineandsunscreen and the social team at @thegarden , I was given a warm welcome to NYC and was sent to a hockey game ( @nyrangers vs. Kings). There, I discovered my love for the sport and I’ve been obsessed ever since (I’ve been hunting down Rangers jerseys, and I scored two)!!! This is insane because before, the only sports I paid attention to were UFC & the Westminster Dog Shows. Now we can add hockey, basketball, and a few more to that list.
