Thousands of people in over 200 cities around the world came to the streets on October 1 to stand in support of Iranians and their fight for freedom. The song in this video is called “Baraye” by Shervin Hajipour, who was arrested by Iranian authorities last Thursday immediately after the release of the song. However, the song, which is a compilation of all the grievances Iranians have with the current government, has become the anthem of the current movement. Hajipour was released on bail today. The next global protest for Iran is on October 8. Let’s show up for Iran again!
