This documentary tells the story of Tim Young, an innocent man who was sentenced to death in 2006. Tim’s wrongful conviction came as a result of a lying informant’s false testimony against Tim and one piece of unreliable, mishandled evidence. An outspoken abolitionist, poet, writer, father, and a close friend to many, Tim is so much more than the injustice he has faced.
"I Am More" was created by undergraduate students Omar Alshogre, Olive Brogan, and Lauren Scarff from Georgetown University and Allison Dean and Sullivan Gaudreault from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
