The Brockton Rox are looking for Social Media and Graphic Design Interns for the 2026 season. These Positions will work as a part of the marketing team with the opportunity to work in other marketing mediums.

**Who We Are:**

The Brockton Rox are a professional baseball team in the MLB-partnered Frontier League. The Rox represent New England in the MLB-Partnered Frontier League, and we come with a rich history in the City of Champions. The Rox play at Campanelli Stadium, located in Brockton, Massachusetts. Fans and other members of the media can stay up-to-date with all Rox content through their social media channels @BrocktonRox. 

  

**Responsibilities:**

*   Work with & report to the Social Media Coordinator/Marketing to enhance the overall vision and execution of the Rox brand
*   Design graphics for in-stadium signage, social media, video-board, flyers, trade advertisements, sales projects, and website pages
*   Assist with creating news-and-entertainment style video packages of player interviews, team highlights, and promotional content for social media.
*   Keep socials updated during game with in-game content
*   Assist with creating content and measuring analytics for the Rox’s social media platforms
*   Capture Proof of Performance materials for end-of-season corporate client reviews
*   Develop, prepare for and participate in various theme nights
*   Assist in other duties as assigned by Rox management.  
      
      
    

**Qualifications/Requirements:** 

*   Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Sport Management, Journalism, or a related field
*   Desire to work in the sport industry
*   Ability to work all/most Rox home games
*   Demonstrated experience in socials/graphics
*   Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
*   Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
*   Strong organization & communication skills
*   Creativity is highly valued
*   Energetic and a Team-Player

    *   Fans (Groups, Celebrations, etc.) 
    *   Player headshots
    *   Promotions (Pre-Game Events, First Pitches, National Anthem Singers, 7th Inning Stretch, Performers, etc.) 
    *   Non-Game Events
*   Edit all photo material to marketing team expectations
*   Distribute and organize photos to league and within team files
*   Archive, log and organize photos for future use
*   Capture Proof of Performance materials for end-of-season corporate client reviews
*   Assist in other duties as assigned by Rox management

Photography Intern - 2026 Season

The Brockton Rox are accepting applications for General Interns for the 2026 season. As a Rox General Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience and partake in many different aspects of how a professional baseball team operates. Interns can gather practical work experience in all aspects of professional sports including, but not limited to:

*   Marketing / Promotions Game Day 
*   Operations Stadium
*   Operations Ticketing
*   Corporate Client Management
*   Concessions
*   Special Events and Projects

This is an IN-PERSON internship. This internship is unpaid BUT eligible for college credit.

The Rox are the newest franchise of the Frontier League, but come with a rich history in the City of Champions. The Rox play at Campanelli Stadium, located in Brockton, Massachusetts. Fans and other members of the media can stay up-to-date with all Rox content through their social media channels @BrocktonRox.   
  
Responsibilities: 

*   Participate in Game Day rotational program which will allow you to experience multiple aspects of minor league baseball operations.  Departments include: Marketing, Operations, Fan Engagement, Food and Beverage, Ticketing and day-to-day tasks and special projects 
*   Assist in general game day setup, management and break down including giveaways, programs and sponsor tables
*   Help plan, promote, and execute promotional / theme nights and assist promo crew with on-field entertainment and escorting mascots
*   Enhance the fan experience (7th inning cotton-eye joe on the dugouts)
*   Work with Stadium Operations staff to execute baseball games and other stadium events
*   Work all Rox’s home games and events.

  
Requirements:

*   Currently attending an accredited university. (All majors welcomed)
*   Passion to work in the sports industry
*   High-energy
*   Ability to think outside the box, and bring new ideas to the table Maintain a professional demeanor during high pressure situations 
*   Apability to work long hours in various types of weather
*   Strong organizational and problem solving skills
*   Ability to work with minimal supervision
*   Enjoy working as part of a team

General Internship - 2026 Season

The Brockton Rox are looking for Promotions and Fan Engagement Interns for the 2026 season. This internship is unpaid and with the option to earn college credit.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Assist with the planning, development, and execution of promotional elements
*   Help coordinate promotional elements on gameday, such as giveaways, jersey auctions, honorary first pitches, National Anthem performers, and other events
*   Find contestants and execute promotional games and contests
*   Assist fans at the Fan Services kiosk
*   Make sure all promotional materials, props, and giveaways are ready on gameday and cleaned up at the end of the night
*   Represent the Rox at community events and mascot appearances
