Overview

**Summary** The Senior Graphic Designer position will serve as a lead designer for the Club and will work with the Director - Design Services and Creative Team to conceptualize and design projects across the entire organization. Primarily, the position will support digital aspects for Ticket Sales and Fan Engagement efforts through the ideation and design of forward-thinking creative concepts, ad campaigns and graphic elements that maintain the continuity of the Brewers brand across the entire marketing mix. This position will also work interdepartmentally with other areas such as Special Events, Retail, Media Relations, etc. Creativity, hard work, positive attitude, strong attention to detail and dedication are musts.

*   Work with the Creative team to annually review and enhance/develop the brand identity and season-long look for the Club
*   Play a leading role in the conceptualization and development of creative concepts and design solutions for key Club initiatives and higher-profile marketing and branding communications
*   Responsible for the design of marketing, advertising and branding materials, such as, but not limited to:
    *   Digital Advertising—heavy emphasis
    *   Social Media
    *   Print
    *   Outdoor
    *   Direct Mail
    *   Signage
    *   In-Stadium Graphics
    *   Promotional Items/Packaging
    *   Sales Collateral
*   Participate in brainstorming sessions for advertising and video campaigns and other advertising/marketing efforts for the Club
*   Participate in cross-functional committee meetings for key Club initiatives, representing the Design Team as the lead designer
*   Foster strong working relationships with vendors, printers, and team photographer
*   Assist with planning and execution of photo shoots
*   Manage seasonal Graphic Design Intern

**Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

*   Must be highly creative, possess strong initiative and be detail-oriented
*   A portfolio that demonstrates effective communication design strategies and standards in work
*   Strong communication skills and be able to provide clear direction and concise feedback when reviewing work
*   Good copywriting instincts and proofreading skills
*   Exceptional ability with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is necessary
*   Photo editing experience using Lightroom
*   Basic digital animation experience/knowledge a plus, but not required
*   Ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
*   Adept knowledge of baseball and/or sports

**Education and/or Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and/or related field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in same field.

Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

**Summary:** The Videographer role encompasses both content capture and post-production, supporting the overall strategic and creative vision of the marketing department and Club. Duties will be split between filming and editing based on workload and seasonal calendar of projects.

**Responsibilities** include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.

* Capture content in studio, on location and in-game (from game action to ballpark experience).
* Set up camera, lighting, grip and audio equipment for video shoots.
* Leverage lighting, camera movement, composition, etc. to advance storytelling.
* Prepare selects and b-roll packages after every shoot.
* Edit content in different styles ranging from high-energy hype to promotional and documentary storytelling.
* Edit, design and mix audio.
* Color correct and grade footage.
* Collaborate with motion graphic designers to integrate animation and VFX.
* Curate music in a number of genres.
* Work with Director of Video, Senior Videographer Creative Lead, and Digital team on creative direction and timelines.
* Organize, catalogue, and manage video equipment
* Concept new ideas while working within the general parameters of a creative brief.
* Log metadata and manage catalog of digital footage and assets.
* Encode and share files for use across numerous platforms.
* Occasional flexibility in schedule to provide game coverage support for our digital team (most often will adhere to regular M-F schedule).

**Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* Relevant experience producing digital video content.
* Experience with a range of current camera systems, grip and lighting equipment.
* Demonstrable filming and editing ability with a strong portfolio.
* FAA Part 107 drone certification is a plus.
* Motion graphic animation skills are a plus.
* 3D design and animation skills are a plus.
* Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Experience with other programs in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
* Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects.
* Ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life.
* Strong ability to present creative ideas in a clear and professional manner.
* Ability to receive, respond and provide creative direction.
* Ability to work with – and excel in – a highly collaborative team environment.

**Education and/or Experience**

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
