On #BlackWomensEqualPayDay we highlight how Black women are disproportionately affected by the gender pay gap, making 69 cents for every dollar made by white men.   Democrats won't stop fighting for equal pay for equal work as we continue to call on House Republicans to pass our Paycheck Fairness Act.

It is unacceptable that Black women make just 67 cents for every dollar white men make. Congress must enact the Paycheck Fairness Act to close the wage gap and build an economy that ensures Black women are paid what they're owed. #BlackWomensEqualPayDay
