**Responsibilities include:**

*Concept Ideation*

1. Work alongside the Creative Team to concept and oversee production of bold and innovative creative
2. Contribute detailed ideas for a wide range of creative formats, both as an individual and within team brainstorms
3. Developing ideas into pitch-ready concepts with corresponding visual direction
4. Stay up to date with industry-wide content and social trends
5. Experience with a wide range of creative formats, including but not limited to: engaging short-form social content, commercial campaigns, brand activations or stunts, and longform storytelling
6. Ability to write scripts and pitch deck copy is a plus
7. Comfortable live-pitching clients is a plus

*Content Creation*

1. Create visually engaging edits that use pacing, music, sound design, graphics, and storytelling to capture audience attention
2. Support VFX, motion graphics, compositing, cleanup, and visual enhancement needs across a variety of projects
3. Deliver high-quality video content across social, digital, commercial, and branded content projects
4. Help maintain visual consistency across projects to ensure work aligns with expectations and creative direction
5. Review content for consistency, quality control, and look and feel to meet clients’ needs

*Team Collaboration*

1. Manage multiple projects at once while staying organized, on schedule, and on budget
2. Work cross-departmentally to bring content to life
3. Participate in daily and weekly internal meetings
4. Provide general creative and administrative support to the Creative Team across ongoing projects
5. Participate in a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale



**Qualifications**

1. 3+ years of content creation experience, preferably in an agency or related creative/sports organization
2. Engaging portfolio showcasing tangible content creation expertise
3. Understanding of social and traditional media
4. Experience taking ideas from concept to execution
5. Interest in marketing trends, social strategy, and new technologies
6. Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
7. Strong communication skills and detail orientation
8. Knowledge of and passion for sports and sports creative trends is a plus

**Salary:** $75,000 - $85,000

Creative Content Specialist (VFX)

Fresh Tape Media is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our growing creative agency. We want someone who is constantly dreaming up wild ideas and is passionate about creative content. The ideal candidate has experience working on commercial-level creative, viral social content, engaging stunts and activations. 



The Associate Creative Director is responsible for developing work that has meaningful and measurable impact, achieves marketing and strategic goals, and satisfies client brand requirements. They help lead the copy, design, tone, and direction of work from concept to execution. An Associate Creative Director must seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote exciting new ideas. They ensure the timely execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and client goals are achieved.

4. Concept and develop outstanding creative with the team, mapping out the tasks needed to implement the vision

*Creative Direction*

1. Experience with a wide range of creative formats, including but not limited to: engaging short-form social content, commercial campaigns, brand activations or stunts, and longform storytelling
2. Work alongside the team to concept and oversee production of bold and innovative creative
3. Review content for brand consistency, quality control, and overall look and feel to meet clients’ needs
4. Engage with project managers to ensure creative work aligns with strategic goals and target audiences
5. Create engaging pitch decks that clearly communicate Fresh Tape Media’s vision
6. Copywriting for pitch decks, scripts, and client communications
7. Source and review Director roles for on-set productions

*Creative Leadership*

1. Develop and inspire a passionate creative team that delivers exceptional quality
2. Manage creative team members by setting expectations, providing feedback, supporting development, and addressing performance when needed
3. Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
4. Ensure creative output meets objectives, follows strategic briefs, and meets deadlines on budget
